Email Photos from IPhone 11

We understand that you can't email photos and you were able to review one of the support articles. What occurs when you try to send? Please provide any error message received, without providing personal information. Does this affect a specific email account? Does the behavior occur when sending the photo from Mail and from Photos?

Ensure you have worked through the support article If you can’t send email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
