Hi there , I had been setting my bank account details in my daughter’s IPad < she is 7 years old only> .This ipad . She always accidents purchased, subscriptions . So I would like to know how could I do with this case please. How do I control the purchase ….

You will probably have to contact Apple customer service directly about getting a refund.


To prevent this from happening again, you should probably make certain that in-app purchases are turned off on her iPad. Here's a link about how to utilize Parental Controls: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201304
