Your keyboard is not Chinese but Japanese JIS.

If you are using the US input source, the forward slash should be right on the key where it is printed, second from right on bottom row. What do you get instead? Are you using a different input source?
Try Option + ¥ or Shift + Option + ¥
I believe you'll find the character under some key using Option or Shift + Option modifiers.
