I have an older version of the Apple Watch that I ONLY want it to track my activity. I don't want to share information or do anything more. My watch now always asks to share my fitness with someone else whenever I raise my watch arm. I don't want it to do that. How do I stop having my watch continuously ask me to share?

That's not my issue. I don't have anyone that I have shared.
I want my watch to stop asking me every time I raise my arm to set up sharing with someone.
