AppleTV 4K receiver Playback

Has anyone experienced a freeze up when viewing a playback from the cloud of a recorded show? If so, is there a fix for this?

These types of problems are normally due to a network issue in the home the Apple TV is installed in. You can do some basics to see if this makes a difference.


  1. Please unplug your modem from power for 2-3 minutes and restart it.
  2. Please unplug your router from power for 2-3 minutes and restart it.
  3. Please unplug your Apple TV from power for 2-3 minutes and restart it.
  4. Retest your system.
