I was transferring apps and data from my old iPhone 11Xr to e me new one 12Pro. Now I can't get it to restart teh transfer... How can I do that?

My transfer of apps and data from my old phone (iPhone 11Xr) to my new one (12 Pro) was interrupted, and now I can't get it to finish. I was doing direct hone to phone, but that won't restart. And I can't see wehre to restart it by downloading from iCloud. Can't see where to get ir restarted either phone to phone or from iCloud. Help?
