I’m not receiving any notifications from my favorite artists

I’ve checked everything I could. All my notifications are on, in settings and Apple Music app. But I’ve still never reviewed new songs or albums from the creators I like. Someone help

If you've turned Notifications off/on and you're still not receiving notifications, check that the software of your device is updated to the latest software version, then contact Apple Support for further assistance.

As I said, all my notifications are on. Through the app and through the settings. But I still don’t get the notifications

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities.

Let's make sure that New Music Notifications is turned on in the Apple Music app > Listen Now > Tap your profile picture > Notifications. If New Music Notifications is already turned on, turn New Music Notifications off, then back on.
