How do I delete a “Group” in my Contacts, which I never created…for safety reasons I only have my four family members in there and they are in a “Group” under the Email Providers name. I cannot access the “Group” it says “Hide All” or “Show All”?

Also, we see you have iOS 14 installed, but the latest is iOS 14.7.1. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
