Every time I try and update an app or download an app, it says there is an issue with a previous purchase but I don’t recall making any purchases. It says I need to updated my billing info, which I did and added my newest card but nothing has been charged yet. After all that it still won’t let me download apps or update saying the same thing after I added my new card.
