Hi, I cannot play sound in my phone (suddenly) while i watch amazon prime and the sound suddenly gone, and there is no choice that i can choose “play song in this iphone”

Suddenly in the middle of watching Amazon Prime i cant hear any sound from the speaker. So i tried to turn off the phone & restart the phone and still cannot hear anything, but when i tried to go to sound and setting the volume and i can hear, then i tried with my headphones and try to move to my phone speaker then there is no option to move to This Iphone

Force restart iPhone 6

Try the following procedure and then try playing music again.

Press and hold both the volume down button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
