i replaced my iphone screen and I got message that my iphone screen is not original apple display and I replaced it will original iphone screen what can you help me to do about it?

If you had your screen replaced by Apple or an authorized Apple Repair center, go back to them.
If you replaced it yourself or had an unauthorized repair center do it, you are out of luck
Apple does not sell original displays to unauthorized repair centers or individuals.
