Numbers froze up and crashes
Numbers froze, screen went white and shutdown. When I reopen the app, the screen is still white.

Have you made sure you have updated your OS to the latest version?
On Mac, go to System Preferences > Software Update.
On iOS/iPadOS, go to Settings > General > Software Update.
