why is the speaker volume level on my iphone is not the same. right is way louder then left?

If you are referring to the grills along the bottom edge of the phone, there is one speaker, and one microphone.

You may want to double check the following setting in your iPhone:

Open Settings ➔ Accessibility ➔ Audio/Visual ➔ Balance: Here, ensure that the slider is set in the Middle.
