why is the speaker volume on my iphone 11 is different? right speaker is way louder than the left speaker.

If you are referring to the grills along the bottom edge of the phone, there is one speaker, and one microphone.

You may want to double check the following setting in your iPhone:

Open Settings ➔ Accessibility ➔ Audio/Visual ➔ Balance: Here, ensure that the slider is set in the Middle.

i actually did that already but the speaker on the right is really louder then left. do you think this is manufacturing issue?
