How do I request a refund for a subscription I’m paying for twice?

Hi It’s been brought to my attention that I am paying for a subscription twice I would like to find out how I can request a refund

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
