where is ny iphone backup

How can I find the Iphone backup files?

No Itunes

All web instruction are guiding: ~/Library/Application Support/Mobile

Which leads to nothing

From Finder>Go>Go to Folder> copy and paste:

~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/

You do not need Music (old iTunes) to restore an iPhone. Attach phone and in Finder select the iPhone and then restore from there. However this article may also help:
