I am not able to listen to my Apple music library

I added some songs to my library and I even downloaded them too to listen offline

for the past two days now am not able to listen to them, whenever I try listening to them it stops at 15secs even when my data is on earlier it was working fine

my question is why is it not working again

MANY pages of suggestions including:


- Sign out iCloud in your device, restart, sign in again to iCloud. Then open Apple Music, sign in. (Apple Recommended solution)

- I didn’t have to sign out. I just went in to my apple 4k tv then Settings>Apps>Music>Audio Quality>High Quality (Instead of Lossless)

- Turning off Dolby Atmos.

- ...settings, music, audio quality, and turn off lossless audio. If you have downloaded music you may need to re-download it

- It turns out after updating to the newest software update (as of august 1st 2021 14.7.1) my music now plays offline.
