Hi,
I ordered a LaCie rugged hardrive to run unreal engine. After i installed UE on the drive I ejected it and unplugged it, but when I plugged it in the next day it didn’t show up and in my menu bar toolkit said there were no volumes. I have run first aid and tried to mount it but it still isn’t working.
can anyone help?

Finder>Preferences>General>Desktop> Hard Disk
How is the external HD formatted?
if NTFS partition map you will need third party software to r/w
ex.

Ok thanks I’ll try that, it’s just weird because it was working one day then the next it didn’t show ip
