I am looking for a text message

Hello how can I find a text from 5 days ago that was deleted with the persons name

If you are using iCloud Syncing for Messages, once deleted, the messages is gone for good.

If you are not using iCloud Syncing and you have a backup that contains the message, you can restore your phone to that backup.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Note that restoring from a backup will overwrite everything currently on the phone.
