Apple ID Locked and forget security questions

My girlfriend's apple id was locked since she input incorrect passwords so many times. She doesn't know the security questions because the mobile phone shop created the ID for her. So, what we can do to get access again?

Since you say this is the mobile shop that did all this, get the information from them or return the item to them for a refund.

If you see the message "not sufficient information" here are two methods that are relatively similar for possibly recovering from "not sufficient information" by signing up for Two Factor Authentication at this stage. See these posts by Community Specialists:

If she is the original owner, have her contact Apple. Apple can remove the ID  if provided the required paperwork to include the original purchase receipt with the serial number on it. 


Request additional support for unlocking your device.    -


You used to be able to take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened) and have them remove the ID. This may have changed, so call the store before going to make sure they can help.

iD is locked. After input the correct password.

She is at the following step.

Select how you want to unlock your account:

Your account *************8@gmail.com has been locked for security reasons. Select how you would like to unlock it.

  • Get an email

We will send instructions to your email address ending in g•••••.com

  • Answer security questions

Answer the question(s) you chose when you created your Apple ID.


The problem is she doesn't know the email password since the mobile shop created it for her.

and she also doesn't know the security questions since the seller created that ID for her.

Is there any useful way to get the ID again.
