Hi there. I’m trying to download a few apps on this new phone but it keeps telling me that I haven’t used the App Store and to “sign in and review my account “. When I do that it still keeps sending me in circles. Any thoughts would be great!

Welcome to the Apple Community,

where some of us do the best we can to help each other troubleshoot.


Your Apple ID is the one account you use to access all Apple services,

such as the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime and more.


It seems Apple requires a valid payment method in your Apple ID account,

for the first time you use the App Store, or iTunes, even if you only download free apps.


First: Check the payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID: (Scroll down to find your country or region)

Then: How to create your Apple ID if you do not have one::

https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204316/


Now you can:

Change, Add or Remove Apple ID Payment methods

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201266


After you have used the App Store or iTunes for the first time,

you can remove the payment method if you wish.
