Disable spotlight web search
Ever since Big Sur update spotlight search comes up with an annoying web search on top. Can i disable this?
Ever since Big Sur update spotlight search comes up with an annoying web search on top. Can i disable this?
I've tried this but even when I disable every category it still shows the web search.
e.g. when i search "night shift" it comes up with the option to google search before the display settings.

That is not a 'annoying web search' it is a search recommendation, since you have turned off many options, your relevant hit is >Displays
here is an example of all boxes fully checked in preferences...

It is definitely annoying since we all know how to conduct a Web search; no need for spotlight to remind me
And it being shown on top of local search results is an absurdly subjective ranking judgement
