My iphone is disabled and I am not able to get back in. The screen tells me to connect to itunes, but when I do my only option is to restore it to its factory settings. Is there any other way I can get back in using my apple id without having to delete all my data? Thanks

Unfortunately, no. Once your phone has been disabled, your data is gone. The only thing you can do now is restore your phone. Hopefully, you had backups of your data.
