How can I bypass activation lock on an iPhone 5s

A cell phone repair center cannot "fix it". There is no fix. Activation Lock is an anti-theft method and it cannot be bypassed.

If you could simply bypass an Activation Lock, having such a lock would be useless.
You can't, unless the previous owner unlocks it, it is useless to you.
I'll take it to a cell phone repair and they can fix it cuz i don't know where the person is to get the info from
