Apple TV says it's syncing and won't finish

In Apple TV, Setting, AirPlay and HomeKit, Room.

It displayed "Currently syncing with iCloud..." but it won't finished for waiting 1day.


I set up new Apple TV, and I'd like to change their room name. But I can't it.

How to resolved it?


Also I updated 2 Apple TV os updated.

Try editing the rooms in the Home app on an iPhone or iPad or Mac instead.
