You’re very welcome. No problem. We can explain that.


We’re actually referring to what is called the App Switcher. The way to open it is different based on the type of iPhone you have. If you have an iPhone with Face ID, you’ll want to swipe up from the bottom edge and pause in the center of the screen. If you’re using an iPhone with the Home button, the App Switcher appears when you double click the Home button.
