My iphone 4s is disabled and Activation Lock requires ID j.....@h......com which is an "invalid or not supported" according to Apple ID. While my apple ID is s.....@icloud.com. How can I unlock/enable my iphone?

The only way to unlock it is to provide the activation lock information used to set it up. If the suggested Apple ID is not yours, you will need to try to contact the person who set it up. If you forgot that Apple ID, you can try to recover it here: https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid
