What can I do to get rid of the ID Apple on my iPad Mini 1 at the iCloud section greyed out?

We see you have a question on adjusting Settings on your iPad, and we'd be happy to help.
We note in the screenshot that a few different options in Settings are greyed out. We see that Restrictions are enabled as well, which could be the cause of that. Go ahead and select Restrictions in the bottom of Settings > General, and switch this off for the moment. Then, try adjusting the desired settings, such as signing out of the Apple ID.

It'll mention Screen Time, as that's what restrictions are part of in newer iOS versions, but a fair amount of the info will still apply.
