I keep having to answer: did you fall — On my Iwatch

I am working and it can clearly see that I am running around

How can I make it less sensitive?

There is no means to alter the fall detection sensitivity.

You’re either hitting hard (maybe martial arts falls or such), hitting unusually, or hitting the Watch directly, or maybe the sensor is faulty.

If you know you’re going to be taking hits or falls and are in a safe environment for that, you’re left to temporarily disable the fall detection.

Check with Apple Support too, as it would appear there’s something odd happening here.

The more active you are the more fall detection notifications you will get.If the watch receives a short sharp knock like a fist banging on a desk then it will see this as a fall.
