Unable to activate an iPhone
so I found my old iPhone 7, and I'm trying to get it working to give to my little brother, but it's saying that its unable to activate, and that an update is required to activate my phone.

This article also states that should the issue persist after applying this update, your device will need to get in the hands of an authorized service tech for service. There are links in that article on where to go next to set that up.
