Apple Pay on apple watch

Hi.

just bought my first Apple Watch series 6 and I can’t find the tab that everyone says to set up Apple Pay. It’s on the general tab on my iPhone but I have looked everywhere on the my watch tab and it’s absolutely not there.

can anyone tell me why?
