Is there an option to enable messenger chat heads on iPhone and iPad? Cuz i cant find any, checked the entire settings and couldnt enable it

Facebook messenger app has a feature - little round icons of people’s profile pic who u texting with pop up on the screen in any app or game u r, android has it, i remember iOS had it too but it doesnt currently

Do you mean some feature inside the Facebook Messenger apps on iPhone and iPad? What feature?

There is an option to "pin" conversations inside Apple's Messages app. Pinned conversations looks like heads in circles.
Doesn't ring a bell, outside of the Messages and Messenger apps and notifications.
