Is the wrapping on the outside of the iPhone bpa free ? Also is the receipt paper bpa free as well ?

You’ll have to ask Apple.
Given BPA is usually associated with polycarbonate (windows, headlights, taillights, etc), PVCs, and epoxies, and BPA is not used in polypropylene, nor polyethylene such as that used in most films, seems… unlikely. But you’re probably also not planning to eat or drink off of that packaging.
