Facebook access login error message on iPhone

Problem:

Facebook access login on iPhone.

Error message:

"Login Error. An unexpected error occurred. Please try logging in again."

Action taken:

Have reset, shutdown iPhone, reset network setting, emptied cache, deleted/reinstalled FB and Msger apps - twice! Nothing has fixed my problem.

Am now about to do a FULL restore from backup. Should I instead do a complete factory reset? Am reluctant for fear of losing all my data. Have done a backup through iTunes, but think that the backup may also be corrupted by whatever problem is on my iPhone.

What should I do?

Server Error:

Seeing that message, that indicates that there is apparently an issue connecting to Facebook's servers. So either wait it out, or contact Facebook about this. Contact Facebook. It is their site. Go Here: Facebook Help Center | Facebook

I am having the same issue. It’s been going on for about 4-5 days now. Nothing has fixed it. I can login everywhere else except the app on my phone. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app a million times now. I’ve reset my password 100 times also. I am stuck and frustrated with this stuff. Any solutions?
