I bought the 200gb storage upgrade for my iCloud but nothing has happened yet, I go to my photo gallery and it gives me the "Restore from iCloud paused". How can I fix it and make use of my recently bought 200gb?

Enable Photos in iCloud:
A. On an iPhone:
B. On a Mac:
Access from iCloud, Manually:
C. Check iCloud, Directly:
Once uploaded. make it easy and see if they reside in iCloud. As long as Photos is still enabled in iCloud on the devices, then they will be recoverable. Go here: https://www.icloud.com/photos
