Can only use 3G on my new XR the same SIM card was using 4G on my ole iPhone 7 why is this any solutions please can think of anything else to try. Thanks

Contact your Carrier, as they provide you with the service of Cellular.

Location Services:
If compatible, you need to have the service available in your location. Elsewise, it will not work with 4G.
