Hi, if you have not done already try restarting your iPad. Press and hold the Top Button and the Home Button until your iPad shuts down and you see the Apple Logo. Also if you can you could try restore the iPad using a Mac or PC with iTunes. This is Apple’s support page. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201444
