Ipad iOS 14 stuck on bootloop

My iPad ( 7th Generation ) has been stuck in a boot loop for hours now. Need to fix this immediately because I use it for school.

my iPad is 56GB free, and the battery was at 70% while I was using it, then It randomly just started to boot up.

  • I tried hard resetting ( pressing the home and lock button at the same time ) a couple of times, but didn't work, still kept rebooting.
  • I tried resetting it a couple of times by connecting it to my MacBook, but it says error 4013. ( my iPad and MacBook are at the latest version ).
  • I Tried those third-party apps that reset the device for you, but I needed to pay ( I'm a broke student )
  • Tried to contact apple support, but when it asked for my serial number, IMEI, or MEID, it's saying "The serial number entered is for a different product. Please try again.". I tried contacting them both on my Macbook and iPhone but the same result.

I don't really know what to do now, any advice?

It might be a hardware problem (digitizer?), but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry.

Reading also the troubleshooting steps you already tried (to no avail), I suggest that you make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector

After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Regards

Giulio
