External Microphone and External Bose Micro Soundlink Speakers

Hello,

Am I able to use an external usb Microphone with a wireless bluetooth Bose speaker at the same time to speak in the microphone and project the sound out loud? I don't want to record anything, just merely need to amplify my voice for an event. I have tested the mic with zoom and it works. I have tested the speaker with Spotify playing on my computer and sound comes out, but when I just speak into the microphone nothing comes out of the speaker? I am thinking I need some sort of program. Any help out there? TYIA
