How to remove the photos' information " Where from" or at least edit owners name?

When I shoot a photo on iPhone and open it on Mac. I find even though I have removed Exif information,

Mac could still get information named "Where from", which contains iPhone's name and owner's name.

And this information is invisible on other platform, you could only find it through MacOS and check the photos' information through "Finder".

So, is there a possible way to remove this information?

If it could not be removed, how could it get the full name of owner? I have tried to edit my name on AppleId, iCloud and even contacts, but when I shoot a new photo and checked it on Mac, "Where from" could still read my full name.

That's ridiculous and this would reveal personal information.

What should I do to make this item not show my full name at least? Remember, I have edited my name on AppleId, iCloud and even contacts, but it could still read my full name. It must read owner's name from somewhere else, and I want to find it.

The customer service said this "Where from" information belongs to meta data and could not be edited. Does anyone think this is a design flaw?

I don't know that there is a law which forces manufactures to keep camera's meta data, even though there may have users' full names and there is no way for users to hide or even edit it as nick name.

This is really ridiculous, and those people who don't check their photos with macOS would not even notice this information revealing.

This is the most weird thing.

This "where from" information would not appear on windows platforms or EXIF editor applications.

I did try several EXIF editors and windows platform, they could remove normal EXIF information such as "exposure time/ ISO".

But this "where from" would only appear when you check photos on macOS through Finder (clicking the photo and choosing "more info").

And I'm also curious about where did the camera read my full name after I had changed my name for AppleID and iCloud.

Or could somebody recommend me a way or application that really works?

I have tried "Photos Exif Editor for mac", "Exif Metadata" and even "Pictures" on Windows platform.

All of them could clean normal Exif information like camera model/ location/ exposure time/ ISO well.

But none of them could show this "Where from" information, not even mention cleaning it.
