iPhone has done something.

My iPhone 11 the other day just deleted all of my phone contacts there is no contacts showing in WhatsApp it won’t allow me to re add numbers and my camera access for WhatsApp Facebook Instagram and Snapchat has disappeared and now cannot use them upload anything ect. I have been online and tried all the options to fix it but when I click on there is no camera access option. Is anyone able to help.

also my phone hasn’t backed Upto iCloud since 22 February 2021.
