iPad air 4 frozen

Hi,

I was watching YouTube on my iPad air 4 and suddenly iPad shut down. I noticed before it shut down it has plenty of battery left. Since the shut down, I can't manage to start it up again. I tried press and release volume up, volume down and long press on power button but still doesn't work.

Is there anything I can do?

Thanks

If you're sure you performed (to no avail) the correct gestures to "force" restart your iPad Air 4th gen, using these instructions:

  • Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top (power) button. Only when the Apple logo appears (it might take 20-40 seconds), release that button (ignore all other screens that might appear).

If the issue still persists, make an appointment and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector

After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
