I used to see my child's activity on my iPhone, but after changing my appleID password, I can no longer do that. A message appears: "as this device is used, screen time will be reported here", but nothing shows up. How do I reinstate the connection?

How do I reinstate the connection from my iphone to my son's so I can see his activity?

iPhone 6s, iOS 14

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, Anonymous_Father!

We understand you're trying to see your child's Screen Time activity, but you've been unable to. We'd be happy to provide information to help you address this.

On your iPhone, go to Settings > ["Your Name"] and check if you're prompted to enter the new password.

On your child's iPhone, go to Settings > ["Their Name"] and make sure they're signed in to the correct Apple ID.

Try restarting both devices:

Restart your iPhone

Restart your iPad

Check Settings > Screen Time > See All Activity from your child's device to make sure it's being recorded on their end.

Let us know the results.

Have a great day!
