Storage plan

I bought iCloud storage, and they are charging me every month but I didn't receive storage. I can't find subscription in settings so i can cancel it. Can someone help me how to cancel subscription? They are charging me basically every month for nothing

Your phrasing suggest that possibly you were expecting the storage to appear actually on your iPhone. It doesn't: it's online and accessible to the phone and any other devices which are signed in, so that data can be uploaded and synced between devices. The storage actually on an iPhone cannot be increased. You can see the storage level in Settings>iCloud or online at https://www.icloud.com and click 'Account Settings'. If you don't see the extra storage listed there you should contact Support.


The page linked to at the top of this page tells you how to downgrade to the free 5GB level of iCloud storage, should you wish to do so.
