does the apple watch syncs with iphone wifi passwords like my moms iphone 6s and my moms iphone 12 pro max when we setted up the iphone 12 it automatically connected to every network in the old iphone

If you are sharing your Keychain via iCloud, then WiFi passwords are shared with other Apple devices.
