I can not get the sync feature to stop with a sync in Finder. When I de-select the Auto Sync option I can not get finder to retain this selection.
The Apply button is not highlighted.
If I disconnect the phone I can get Finder to stop the sync. But once I re-connect my phone, Finder begins to sync again.
Finder will not retain the options selections I make.
Is there a way to FORCE finder option selections? If I can disable the Auto Sync and sync manually?
I have the Music App Open. The only things available on the "Top Right" are "Play next & History" "Song Lyrics" and selections for systems, such as my computer.
I see nothing under Music in "Preferences" that mention auto sync.
Went to Music in Finder and de-selected the Sync. Looks like I will have to re-load all my music. Still unable to press the Apply button.
So, my phone still jumps right into sync and I will wait to see if anything changes. (previously taking forever on Photos. Pressing Skip Photos seems to be un-responsive.
Did you try the Music app? Open Music and select sync settings on the top right and uncheck auto sync. and see if it retains that setting.
Was your phone connected when you opened Music? The sync settings will not appear if not connected.
Yes, my phone was connected.
It seems that it hangs on step 4 of 5, reading photos.
