My Verizon FiOS username and password have changed but my iPhone keeps trying to sign in with the old one. How do I change the username and password? Every time I go through settings and select remove TV provider and then re-select it’s still remembers the old login information

No this is an apple issue, not provider. I have the exact same issue with xfinity. It automatically runs my old account and does not allow me to enter the new credentials. There has to be a keychain that when you select the same provider it just pulls your old account and doesn't give you an option to enter in new email and password. If a tier2 could look at this and see what it is so it can be deleted. All others I've found on this issue have lead to a dead end.
