Unable to pair apple watch series 3 with iPhone 11 - Error - Unable to update try again!

while pairing my iPhone 11 with apple watch series 3 , i am getting message to update the watch and then getting error. Unable to pair the watch.

Watch won’t pair with phone I have a series 3 Apple Watch that I have reset and I am trying to pair with my iPhone 11. Every time I try and pair the watch it says I need to update the software and then I get this error. I’m aways connected to the internet and the watch is on charge. Unable to pair apple watch series 3 with iphone 6? I managed to drop my apple watch, sent it off for insurance repair, they have sent a new watch. I am unable to pair as keep getting the error message the watch needs to be running on the latest version of watchOS!! But I can't update it without pairing it? HELP please!

Apple Watch 7 and iPhone 6s iOS 15.7.2 not pairing Hello, I have an Apple Watch 7 and an iPhone 6s iOS 15.7.2 When I try to pair I get an error message. I have tried automatic and get an error "iPhone Out of Date. This apple watch requires a newer version of iOS". When I try manually. I enter the 6 digit code, it spins for a bit then says unable (there is an error message that pops up too quickly to read). Help! All apple literature says these are compatible. :(
