How to make the LED flash notification work for an incoming facetime call on the latest update. It will only flash for voice calls, and text messages, NOT for a facetime call. This is for a deaf family member.

it has previously worked for an incoming facetime call, but since a recent update to the phone it will no longer do the LED flash for a facetime call. It will do it for other notifications and phone calls - but specifically not facetime.
