Apple Id is locked

My apple id is locked out and i got email saying to click the link above to verify for my account . Yet when I clicked it all that it said was 403 forbidden

Here is what to do ➡️ If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

If that fails and if you have a VPN app installed, remove that app, restart, and try again.
