Following online guidance to share a Reminders List with my wife and the 3-Dot button does NOT contain the option to "add people" as advertised. iPhone iOS is 14.7.1

Appreciate the quick reply. I am in my 'Shopping List' I created within Reminders. The 3-dot button has options that mirror online guidance with the exception of "Add People". I am new to the Apple ecosystem, so I might be missing something else. Thoughts?
Sherman, I truly appreciate your assistance. In the second graphic, my iPhone does NOT have the Share List option for me to select. So puzzling. Is there something in Settings I may have overlooked? I'm really stumped, but happy that your are helping. :-)
Remember you must start with a Reminders List.
Here are the steps - I don’t know what steps you’ve taken.
First, create the list.
Then, invite the people.
Apologize for the autocorrect of your name.

Go to Settings > [Your Apple ID] > iCloud > Reminders and turn that “on”.
